Advise for renovation:
- Before you renovate, set your budget, and add 20 % for “surprises”.
- Think through your project thoroughly before starting. Changes once you have started tend to get very expensive and time consuming. Planning is the keyword.
- Ask a professional, engineer and/or architect in case your project includes structural changes.
- Contact your Commune for advice regarding regulations and permits.
